Industry Wage and Allowance agreement

SNIPEF representatives on the Scottish & Northern Ireland Joint Industry Board (SNIJIB) have negotiated and secured a one-year wage agreement with Unite the Union.
The agreement reached in January 2025 is for a 2% wage increase effective from Monday, 7 July 2025.
